The agreement, in plain language.

The Forge is provided by Stephen Penner Solutions in Canada, under the Real Dad Life brand. Contact: info@realdadlife.ca.

• You must be at least 16 and provide accurate account details.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share access to a paid membership.

• The Forge Membership costs CA$19.99 / month, charged automatically each month until you cancel.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We do not pro-rate or refund partial months except where the law requires it, or where we got something wrong — write to us and we will make it right.
• If a price changes, current members are told in advance and the change applies to the next renewal.
• A free tier exists and does not require a card.

• Do not use The Forge to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Do not break the Circle covenant: what is shared in a Circle stays in that Circle.
• Do not attempt to access other people's data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or rebrand the product.

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.

Your entries, records and messages remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with inside the product. We do not claim ownership and we do not publish your content.

The Forge is a personal practice tool. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, tax, legal or pastoral advice, and it does not replace a physician, a qualified adviser, your church, or your own judgment. Training carries physical risk — use sense, scale the work, and consult a professional before starting if you have any reason to.

The product is provided as-is and as-available. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product develops. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using The Forge and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with notice, or immediately for a serious breach. On termination you can request an export of your data before it is removed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Stephen Penner Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use The Forge after that means you accept the updated terms.
